Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect shade selection
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Failure to read product descriptions

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match the description
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect (you received the wrong item)

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will assess your claim and provide a resolution.

Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tanning products unless they are faulty.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
